12" round wood sign 1/4" thick painted navy blue with "welcome" stenciled in white.The sign has been splattered with white paint. Greenery and a burlap with lace bow finish the sign. The sign is sealed. A jute rope is attached to the back for hanging purposes. Pads are on the back to help prevent scratching.
